Arsenal have officially overtaken Man City as the best defence in the league. This is the first time Man City have not topped a strength metric in maybe ~2 seasons. I don’t expect this defensive improvement trend to continue at this pace and think they are going to settle around this 0.9 figure.
Notes:
GW29 looking like a relatively low-event gameweek so that is something worth considering.
Crystal Palace defence has dropped off this season but you may want to consider adjusting the above projections according to your personal beliefs about any effect the new manager might have.
Man United entering a tough run now - over the next 6 gameweeks they are 13th for goals and 19th for clean sheets.
Overall I think the Projected League Table is very interesting. So many areas where teams are very close - it is so hard to predict. If this continues we could have quite an eventful end to the season compared to previous years.
